Sampling (Optional but Recommended)
For orders over 50 units, we create a sample so you can see the design on the actual product and fabric before committing. This ensures you're happy with color, placement, and overall look. Samples are quality-checked before shipping.
Design Preparation & Setup
We prepare your artwork for printing. For DTF/UV DTF: optimize for printing resolution. For screen printing: separate colors and prepare screens. We confirm color accuracy, design placement, and sizing.
Production & Printing
We print your designs using the chosen method. For DTF/UV DTF: fabric fed through printer. For screen printing: each color printed in sequence. We monitor for color accuracy, registration, and quality throughout production.
Quality Control & Inspection
Every piece inspected for print quality, color accuracy, durability, and cleanliness. We check registration (alignment), inks, and overall finish. Items that don't meet our standards are reprinted at no charge.

What are your minimum order quantities?
No minimums for DTF and UV DTF printing! Order as few as 1 item. Screen printing typically has a 12-piece minimum to justify setup costs. Custom orders and specialty items may have different minimums. Just ask—we'll work with you.
Can I order just one shirt or do I need to order bulk?
Order 1! DTF and UV DTF printing have no minimums. Perfect for personal items, small gifts, or testing a design before larger production. Screen printing works best for 12+ pieces due to setup costs.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG (with transparent background preferred), PDF, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. File should be 300 DPI. If unsure, send it over—we'll review for free and advise on any needed changes.
Can you help me design my apparel?
We advise on design-to-apparel best practices, placement, sizing, and color. For complete design work, check out our Graphic Design & Branding service. We can coordinate the full process.
Which printing method should I choose?
DTF/UV DTF: Best for detailed, full-color designs. Durable, vibrant, no setup fees. Screen printing: Best for bold graphics, large orders, maximum durability. We recommend based on your design and needs.
Can I order samples before full production?
Yes! For orders over 50 units, we recommend getting a sample. See the design on actual product and fabric. You approve before we print the full order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes! Volume discounts available for orders 100+. Bulk corporate orders welcome. Custom pricing for large quantities. Call us for quotes.
What about sizing? Can you order different sizes?
Absolutely! Mixed-size orders no problem. Provide quantity for each size and we handle it. Standard sizing from XS to 5XL available for most items.
How do you handle color matching for brand logos?
Pantone matching for screen printing. For DTF/UV DTF, we match your brand colors as closely as possible. Send your color specs (Pantone, RGB, hex) and we'll match precisely.
Can you do embroidered logos instead of printed?
